Social Security Numbers must be provided in order to be eligible to receive a 1098T tax form for tax credits and receive Federal Financial Aid. Applicants who provide an incorrect SSN or no SSN are declining a 1098T form for tax filing purposes.
Please note that a physical address is required. A Post Office Box is not an acceptable address for ICC record keeping.
ICC is committed to a policy of non-discrimination involving equal access to education and improvement to all regardless of race, gender, national origin, religion, age, and disability in admissions, educational programs or activities, and employment, all as required by applicable law and regulations under the Title VI Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX regulations of 1972, Section 504 of the Social Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. You have the right to notify this institution if you have a disability that may require a reasonable modification or accomodation.
Kansas law requires an official transcript be sent from each institution you have attended. Because we cannot request them on your behalf it is your responsibility to make sure that each transcript is sent to ICC.
In addition to your application, if you choose to apply for scholarships and/or financial aid, or plan on graduating from ICC, it is required that you provide a final transcript from your High School or GED program.
All records submitted to ICC become the property of ICC and cannot be returned to the student.
Please notify the ICC Registrar's Office of any changes of address or names immediately.
