Social Security Numbers must be provided in order to be eligible to receive a 1098T tax form for tax credits and receive the ICC NOW tuition scholarship. Applicants who provide an incorrect SSN or no SSN are declining a 1098T form for tax filing purposes.
Please note that a physical address is required. A Post Office Box is not an acceptable address for ICC record keeping.
